AFTER THE STORM

View from my window:

Looking North Nye Beach

Move over Wonder Bread!
This is sooooo American bread, too fluffy to my taste,
but made a nice sandwich (without sand) after the walk on the beach.

Finished Anna's match-my-scrubs socks.

THURSDAY - art and knitting

MCA - Museum of Contemporary Art Denver - a Museum Without a Front Door
Founded in 1996, MCA DENVER was formed to provide the city with its first contemporary art museum. Upon the Museum’s tenth year as a cultural presenter, David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates (UK) was commissioned to design a new permanent home near Denver’s historic Lower Downtown and Union Station.
I think this is the building, sure did not look like this in January, construction going on across the street.

Above: Photo of Peruvian petticoats. Kenneth Robinson
Ana María Hernando brought the crocheted petticoats from Mollamarca to her studio in Boulder, Colorado where she stiffened them using glue and resin.

Finished one mini sock and started another
