Happy Spring, where's the snow?

I decided to clean the whole house even the cellar; bought flowers to reward myself (before the cleaning was done.) At least now I have really nice flowers.

I finished the butterfly sweater!and made some bread; looks pretty good

WEEK

MONDAY - drive by shootingand MARJAPUURO made with blueberry juice
3 cups cranberry juice; 6 tablespoons sugar; 1/2 cup uncooked cream-of-wheat

Bring the cranberry juice to a boil over moderate heat. While the juice boils, sprinkle in the sugar, a little at a time, and then slowly add the Cream-of-Wheat, stirring briskly with a wooden spoon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes a thick puree. Beat with the mixer set a high speed for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pudding has tripled in volume, is a delicate pink color and is very light and fluffy.

MCA - Museum of Contemporary Art Denver - a Museum Without a Front Door
Founded in 1996, MCA DENVER was formed to provide the city with its first contemporary art museum. Upon the Museum’s tenth year as a cultural presenter, David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates (UK) was commissioned to design a new permanent home near Denver’s historic Lower Downtown and Union Station.

I think this is the building, sure did not look like this in January, construction going on across the street.

In the middle of things

From Latin in medias res, from in (in, into) + medius (middle) + res (thing). A related term is ab ovo (from the beginning, literally, from the egg). Both come from Horace's Ars Poetica (Art of Poetry), where the Roman poet advises that an epic poem ought to begin in the middle of the action rather than at the beginning. The story is then told by flashbacks.
