3 RUGS and foggy eclipse
from this
to this
Still finishing to do: tie knots, decide what kind of hem to do and do some pulling and stretching to get rid of the waves.
My first mug rugs. I had some warp leftover and did not want to waste it, so.. I wove three 6" coasters side by side.
And the eclipse. Clear weather for ten days and Sunday morning cloudy, no rain but in the afternoon the fog snuck in and totally covered the sun before the moon. Well, next time.

NO SNOW yet
Just some wet flakes last Friday, snow lasted a day, then the rain started again.
AND today Wednesday it was sunny for two hours.
This is an old police station , now an art museum

SNOW DAY
The weather chanel predicted snow showers and or rain all day today:
Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow showers. A slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening. Lows 30 to 35. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
This is all I found this morning on the deck:

Walk on Ice
It was a beautiful sunny day on the bay:
I wished I had one of these:
(click on the photo to see)
or at least skis
but no I walked or tried in almost knee deep snow,

THURSDAY
Thursday after five days of grey, sun came out a bit.
It was very low though, no warmth but some light for few hours and reflections on ice.
FRIDAY
Friday was a sunny day and I stayed inside weaving!
I'll finish this in a week and then something new; another blanket or two, different design and colors?
The white triangle is to check that angle stays the same, pretty good the last few rows.
SATURDAY
Learning to spin
after three hours: yarn?
